Lowpings.net is a mid-range European gameserver company with expanding & loyal client base renting games mostly in Soldier of Fortune 2, with growing Call of Duty 2 clients.

The company is an amalgamation of the former & highly successful Gdgaming.net company. The company employs the services of the main SOF2 mod programmer & so enjoys the major share of the European SOF2 market. This is a serious business & will be ideal for someone intending to expand the business into the US market, while maintaining the European base.

The company is a partnership & I am selling my 50% stake.

The annual gross turnover is €35’000 approx, (€2,500/month).
I will disclose profits/sales stats with genuinely interested parties who sign a non-dislosure agreement.

The workload is light with 2/hours day at most & some accounting at end of month. No special programming knowledge or experience is required as orders can be set easily using TCadmin control panel.

The buyer will need to change accounts with server hardware rental company & credit card processing from my name to theirs.

The company is in good standing with no outstanding debts or liabilities. I have been a 50% stakeholder for 1 year & am selling as I need to dedicate time to other ventures.
