This site also has gotten no link popularity development for that time either yet still continues to do great on searches like "making money on ebay" on yahoo and other terms on google.

Also - any of the links that the site has on the homepage or various other pages were exchanged for one-way links to other sites (there's perhaps 5-8 of these arrangements total) so those can be removed without losing any links to this site. There are also no paid inbound links.
Pretty easy to take to the 400-500 uniques per day with link campaign and some content development. No sandbox = instant results.
Have all stats and weblogs since Jan 1st 2004, don't have adsense stats as they're mixed. Not a big adsense earner with current ad format/positioning. Also, as opposed to most similar new sites, this wasn't built for adsense ;-) and doesn't have the high dollar term pages that it should have.
Looking for $x,xxx range.
