Up for sale is http://www.Free-ForumHost.com, which is a free forum Hosting site using PHPBB and the SebFlipper multiple forum script. This site has about 100 or more hosted boards and small amount of activity and minimal traffic. I've done little with the site and it needs to go to a "good home."

Now the GOOD PART!. This site has a Google PR of "5", can you believe it! Grab it while it's hot and promote properly or redevelop or whatever you can do with a PR 5 site.

We'll do a quick 4 day auction, expiring on 6:00 PM, MST on Monday, the 29th.

Let's start the bids at $50 and if anybody hits $400...then you bought it! Keep the increments at $10 and may be PMed or posted, however any bids PMed within about 4 hrs of the auction end may not be accepted, so posting your bid is best. I will try to keep all bids posted.

How often do you see a PR 5 site for sale??

You seem to have a problem with your setup. I cannot get to any of the hosted boards, it just sends me to the registration page. Any idea why it is doing that?

Are any of the forums active?

Google has no record of you. Do you have any traffic stats you can post?

Do you have a valid sebflipper license?

Any income?

Yes, something is wrong in the setup...no idea what it is, but will see if I can get it fixed.

Get some signups now and again, but apparently they can't get to boards, so probably no "active boards."

As the post says, minimal traffic and activity. So will not post any stats. Revenue also is not available as all my adsense is lumped together. Since you can't get to the boards, revenue is probably 0.

The site has a PR of 5, checked at various sites.

This is a valid SebFlipper license.

The value of this site is the PR 5 with what is already there.

PR Check failed. Domain not in index. google shows to bb.netfreehost.com/new_forum.php no sites from the 100 or more board in index.

go to google.com and search for www.free-forumhost.com , go to http://www.database-search.com/sys/pre-check.php and check again, go to uptimebot.com and check also. domain is a mirror, pr is fake.

Yes, I have checked it in several places, as well as my Google Toolbar...and they all come up as 5.

But the wierd part is what TogZip says about it in the Google directory..which I find to be true also. I am at a total loss on that one?? Anybody have any ideas?? Totally different servers, DNS etc. I also see the signups on my board and they agree when i go into admin.

Have the boards working now and I think the new forum page..but not 100% sure. Am looking for a "guru" now to check the installation and settings.

hmmm ok its fact, that it is a mirror, but u can try to save some of the pr infront of the next pr update. if u can u should trade with some pr4 and 5 pages and at the next or overnext update it should be a real pr4 or 5. only one pr5 is enougth to get a real pr4 with the next 2 updates. bring the script to work and u will also get indexed sites and a better price

Definitely something wrong. While the script is now working (paritally), none of the boards actually work. They appear correctly, but the links in them just give errors. Seems like the database was pulled from another site and installed here.

Personally, I don't see much value here for me. The name is decent. but it looks like the PR won't hold. I would be interested, but I would just delete everything and start over.

$60 - assuming the sebflipper license is valid, and can be verified.

I think at this point, it would be in everyone's best interest for me to withdraw the site, until such time as I get the various problems rooted out, which probably includes a complete re-install.

I aplogogize for wasting everyone's time and also thank those who provided the help they did in this matter.
