Been wanting to launch this site for a while, but just didn't have the time to develop it. I guess we both developed our sites about the same time.
It looks like it's the lagged pagerank not 100 percent sure though .

Before PR updates sometimes people are able to "hack" the G toolbar to see the new PR of sites before the normal toolbar actually does so. Check out webmasterworld, I don't know much about this.

Yeah, that just shows how common these sites are starting to become. I even found a free script available that can now pagerank as well. I don't have the time to take that and develop my own site, so what buy out price are you looking for to sell the site quickly?
