Pet site $3-$4 earnings a day 250-300 unique

I am considering to sale my pet site http://www.petsdb.info averaging 250 - 300 unique a day and most of the traffic are from search engine. The content of the site is not unique, but the script is created by me.

The traffic is increasing daily since the site is already out from google sandbox

I think I've seen you list this site before...but if I'm wrong..My apologies. Nice site. like the script. It's loading a little slow for me not sure if that's the server side or me ..

Anyways... Where is the content from? I am getting an error on a FEED from a PHP snippet of code above the header

Nice traffic but with only 3-4 bucks a day I can't justify the BIN I presume you'll accept offers? Is it an auction? when will you be making a decision if so?

Yes it's a server problem, I have very slow server. And Yes I have tried to sell this site before when traffic is 50 -60 a day.

If I don't get an offer near to my BIN no problem I will keep it... the site is fully optimized and SEOed so when some of the other seo technique made to it matured I am sure the traffic will increase.
