PicsAway.com - Image hosting site - Growing rapidly!

I have decided to sell http://www.picsaway.com, because it has grown too fast (as in visitors).
I started the site january this year. My current server can't handle the amount of visitors anymore (as i am already Hosting high traffic sites) and i do not have the time and money to manage it.
I have put the site on sale a couple months ago and got an offer of 1500$, but afterwards i decided not to sell it.

This sale includes,

The domains, picsaway.com & imagesaway.com & photosaway.com
The custom script
The custom design (a few PSD's are included)
The uploaded pictures
The mySQL database

Basically, everything.

The php code has been customely scripted by 2 programmers which i have payed close to 1000 dollars for.
The template can be easily changed as the script has a template system build in.
The script has the following features,


* Simultaneous uploads, you can click on "Multiple Picture Uploads" at the main page to add more upload forms.
* Upload from an url or from your system.
* Report an image feature.
* Shows how many times a picture has been viewed.
* A prune feature (after a period you set the image will be removed from the database/server)
* Upload swf/gif/jpg/png files
* There is a hotlink protection feature in the script, HOWEVER this does not seem to work anymore. I could not figure out why. I am currently using mod_rewrite to ban sites which works great.
* An Admin panel where you can set;

-Maximum images a person can upload per day.
-Maximum size of the image (Kb).
-Thumbnail size.
-Max simultaneous uploads.
-View the reported image and choose between delete or clear.
-IP BANS

And here's a short explanation on how the prune feature works,

First of all there are 2 settings in the Admin panel,

1) Image life on the server (days).
2) Second Image life (days).

With the first setting you determine how long the image will stay on the server.
With the second setting you determine when the images will be removed after the period of inactivity.

so basically if we use the following settings,

1) Image life on the server (days) = 30
2) Second Image life (days) = 60

This means the images older then 30 days AND that haven't had any visits for 60 days will be removed from the server using the admin panel. So basically the images will always stay on the server for 30 days and after the 30 days if they havent had ANY hits within the 60 days they will be removed. It might sound complicated, but it isn't. Approx 1500 unique visitors a day and as you can see on the stats it is growing rapidly while the website is less then a year old!
