this is a new site (turnkey), gets only few visotrs a day. no revenue.

The site design looks a bit messed up? Is this something you will correct for the buyer? Is the content unique?
I will correct the design. have no idea about the content. Bought
it myself. Optimized it resently, but now need funds to pay for
domain renewals.
