I've had a broker negotiate the sale of one of my Hosting businesses. We're in the closing stages, have agreed on a price and buyer is going to perform due diligence before we execute sales contract and fund the transaction.

Before this occurs, I'm putting it out there in DNForum.com only, nowhere else. I'll gladly accept any serious competing offers. Note, I am not interested in buyers who need to obtain third party financing. I have a 7 figure, almost all cash offer in hand, so I'm only interested in serious offers with funding immediately available.

I might be able to find a buyer for you, but 7 figures is a lot for a Hosting company earning only 500kish. Don't worry about the money. I know almost every major person in hosting (personally). What control panel do you use? Usually hosting companies go for as low as 1% (sometimes less if new company or has some negative detail about them ie. debt) to 4-5%Xannual rev excluding of course assets etc.

I would assume you are looking in the ballpark of 2%-2.5% (I think you could probably get 1.5%-2%). Granted it looks like the business has been in operation for 10 years, so there is a track record. I think realistically, you might be able to get between 600k-1.3 mill and no more. It also depends what is involved..like only clientele or assets MUST be purchased as a stipulation because some buyers would prefer to migrate to their systems. Anyway, are you running Linux, Windows, Sun Solaris, SGI IRIX (don't laugh..used to be the sh*t back in the day)..any colo or dedicated or VPS. What's your client LTV.

Basically, if you are serious and not wanting a bogus price for your company, yes, I can at the very least introduce you to people who have that kind of cash.

Edit: woops, missed the gameserver part of the message. Do you have any regular hosting customers or only gameservers.

I'm not interested in introductions. I've already got a good deal made by a broker. I'm just putting it out there to see if someone might make me a better deal.
