I am seriously thinking of selling one of my top earning websites (PoliceCarAuctionsOnline.com). This site generates money month on month (Adsense & eBay affiliate program. since Jan 1st 2009 up until today the website has made: -

Since Jan 1st 2009: -

$1,818 in ebay affiliate commision
$264 in Adsense earnings.

The website has great potential as it only has 6 pages and earns me the money above. I have not had to touch the site since I built it. It gets around 70-120 uniques a day. I kept the layout very simple so it could be optimized easily.

I am open to serious offers. Proof of earnings and stats are available on request.

The site uses Phpbay and pulls feeds direct from ebay. The site at the moment isn't ranking very well for it's primary keywords as I havn't really done much with it since putting it together. At the moment it ranks for the keywords pulled in by the rss.

The site is fairly well optimized so just needs some more time spent building quality backlinks to it.

I did post a link to it in a car releated forum not so long ago which seemed to increase the earnings for that month quite considerably. People obviously were looking for ex police cars etc.

I think the earnings are great for a site that doesn't need any thing doing. Whoever takes this site on moving forward could increase the earnings 10 fold with a bit of love and care.

UPDATE: Just had the domain valued at Moniker. The domain has been valued at $9,280. Last month alone this website made $377.

I will sell this domain + website + setup on you own server for $9000.
