Due to my new job doing the SEO fro TripAdvisor I am legally obligated to sell any/all conflicting hotel/ota sites that I own by Oct 1st.

Currently I have a portfolio of over 70 hotel brand sites, 1 of the branded sites is a fully functional site which generated income via AdWords bought traffic, the others where set to build out with the similar branding/template.

I did not do any SEO work on these sites due to the AdWords focus and not wanting to expose my SEO tactics until my AdWords revenue capped out. You will get the templates and coding used on the live site, all the domains, access and contact details to the backend partner ( Travelocity ) and the toll-free phone numbers that I owned are going back to the telco but dedicated the toll-free number from the backend partner will stay with the site. You are welcome to contact the telco to get the toll-free numbers I used on the site, they're very clean and easy for branding. But they're a cost and unless you want to do offline and also build a brand with the project it might be better to stick with the free dedicated number that comes with the site.

I'll answer any questions you might have on this, but there is a little urgency on things as my new contract starts Oct 1st and I've been advised not to have any overlap on my interests.
