PR4 Rx website with high linkpop and traffic

Site is PR4 and has a linkpop of: 4,151 at Marketleap

The site is plain, simple and doesn't generate a whole lot of revenue ($0.50 per day at the moment).

However, if you were to switch over to Adsense you could probably make some serious money (and if I dont sell the site now that is what I will do).

It currently gets 30 visits per day without any search engine traffic (Googlebot hasn't even spidered it yet).

I am looking for high $xxx offers because of the website subject area, link popularity, PR4 and traffic.

This domain is PR4, has high linkpop and is getting some nice traffic with no promotion.

I will update earnings in a few days using my new Adsense scheme
