Due to lack of time as I am working on other projects, I am looking for a buyer for my gaming/emulation topsite.
Details: -
Google PR4
20686 unique visitors in Sept
Low bandwidth usage: 2.50gb in Sept
£47/$83 revenue made last month
Screenshots of statistics/pagerank/revenue can be arranged if you contact me.
The URL is www.romsites.com and it is powered using a paid script made by JMB Software (www.jmbsoft.com/software/arphp/) its a one time fee, and the sale of the topsite includes the licence.
The domain is registered at UKREG.com and can be transferred to another ukreg account for free.
I am looking for high $1xxx for this website. With work advertising the topsite to other webmasters the visitors will go up, I run a few other emulation websites which make around the $50 mark per DAY (www.buttonbash.com)
If your interested and have any questions or want to see the screenshots, give me a shout

Aren't roms and emulators illegal?
Emulators are legal... Commercial rom downloads (i.e. games like super mario, etc) are illegal, most sites now have freeware/public domain rom downloads, see www.aroms.com for freeware roms. Also as this is a topsite it is linking to websites and doesn't contain any downloads anyway.
This may seem a stupid question, but how does the site generate revenue?
The links in the header: Search for ROMs | Search for ISOs | Search for Games are pay per click.
Also when websites use the voting url given to them when they register, the user is greeted with a gateway page: http://www.romsites.com/in.php?id=bbash on there is another search box and a bannerconnect.net small banner.
recieved offer of $1500 thru email, looking for atleast $1700.
