www.zinesearch.com is for sale.

ZineSearch.com is a well established website with a google PR of 6. The site is a portal for magazines, ezines, newsletters and text zines. There are 1263 sites in the directory, which are listed in order of popularity.

One of the most valuable things about this site is its enormous link popularity. According to http://www.marketleap.com the site has a link popularity of 183,853 links!

Here is a break down of the number of website links it has across the search engines:

Total: 183,853

Currently the site gets only 30 unique visitors a day, which isn't much considering its high link popularity. This is probably mainly because the site's web pages don't target the optimal keyword phrases.

Considering the site's pagerank of 6, I think if you would optimize the site's web pages for the search engines and add additional pages that targeted keyword phrases that got a lot of searches but had little competition then the site would be able to generate a high amount of search engine traffic.

Although the site currently isn't set up to generate revenue I think it does have the potential to make a good amount of money. Some possible ways to make money with the site could be to sell text link advertisements on the home page. People pay a good amount of money for a text link from a PR6 website.

Another idea could be to add a magazine subscription store to the site that consisted of a set of web pages targeting good niche magazine subscription keyword phrases. Considering the site has a PR6, I bet you could get decent ranking in the search engines if you cross-linked all of the web pages.

This is exactly what I had planned to do with the site when I purchased it but since I have recently over spent on websites and am in need of money I am forced to sell it.

The domain is registered at namecheap.com. Transfer of the domain will work as follows: After sending payment through Paypal, the buyer will then have to create a free account at namecheap.com and then email me their username. After the purchaser has emailed me their username I will immediately push the domain into their account. As far as installing the site goes, I could either do that for you or I could give you my FTP info so that you could download the site and install it yourself. Which ever you prefer.

I am looking for offers around $600 but I will consider any offer of $400 or more.

This is something like an auction going on, the seller had 600 as the last offer, and I offered him 650 though he had 800 as the asking price, and then you offered him 800 on a condition, and I then offered 800 without condition. What's wrong my friend ?

I could have had offered 801 also....anyways, I leave it on the seller to decide. Who is cwsteam.com or geekpipe to decide who gets it.....I wont mind if you take it or I or somebody else. Domains and websites come and go all the time....!!
