The site was launched exactly 1 year ago, and since the very first moment of its existence, I never spent a cent on advertising. Along with the exhaustive process of development, we have been building a massive SEO campaign from day 1 of this project.

Also the site has a stable PR6. It ranks on top positions for major search terms like:

"web host" #8-#10 in Google

"affordable hosting" #8-#10 Google

and many other.

The site ranks in #22-#26 for "web hosting" which is truly one of the most competitive keywords in the world. It just needs a little more raw SEO power to reach higher rankings...and we have seen the site show in page 1 from time to time in different non US datacentres. The site has a stable traffic of approximately 15,000 unique visitors per month, which generate approx 30,000 pageviews...coming from search engines and other organic sources. This is completely organic.

As you can see the income is gradually rising, combined with the stable SEO gives full reason for us to believe the the real money is yet to come. This business is going to at least double based on the current rate of growth…and this is without even moving a finger.

Basically we hit a record in Mar with an income of $4,000, followed with a more low month on sales, however the most important thing here is the renewing payments which are being made from last year customers. We started on 20 May 2007.

The renewing payments so far have been 100% and the income for June Alone is to $491 for less than 5 days. We believe to hit a new record this month due to the increasing number of re-newing customers and growing popularity. Brand awareness is essential in this business and in our case conversion rate is very low right now as you can see for yourself. The more time it passes, the more people are prone on making a purchase. After a year, conversions should fall at least to 150 uniques per sale, which would mean that the site will get approx 100 new sales per month.

Also there are lots of features which can be done to improve the conversions. Adding a live chat agent, e.g. adding video tutorials and many more.

The current growth rate is 50% per year (simply because of added recurring payments)..not taking into account any word-of mouth sales and increasing reputation which will affect the conversion ratio. Here is the conservative expected income for the next 5 years.

Costs

The current costs amount to $ 365 for main server + $275 for users server (total of $640)

Our software was developed from the very beginning with the idea to become real big. It is easy to add new servers and the software is pretty flexible.

There are 3-4 tickets per day which are nothing too complicated. Basically you can find anyone to do this even from home so your expense would be minimal on support. A person from India can cost you next to nothing or you can do this yourself.



2CO accounts and hosting

Everything will be transferred to the new owner. For hosting we use dedicated servers from another company which we are happy with.



Anything else I can think of? Well the site has a forum with more than 700 registered members.



Reason to sell

The reason why I am selling this perfectly incubated business is because I have had the luck to have the opportunity to become part of a real huge global project which is travel and booking related. I will have to give 100% of my capacity for the travel project and I just can’t work on both places. I simply have a chance to win more money out of something else.

This site is just too good to be left in neglect and I prefer to take some kind of money right now, free my time and see someone else grow it.

You say the work you've done over the last 2 years but you have only been selling Hosting for 1 year and honestly your BIN is WAAAAAY high. Can you explain why you think the BIN is worth 200k for a site making only 2k per month average.

I'd also like to see your income proof.

I'm interested but need clarification.
