These ARE NOT turn-key sites. Each website will get it's own custom design and ONLY 1 website is permitted for EACH theme. For e.g., I will not use RED RIBBON ENGINE on another sports related website. The engine will also NOT be used on any sites related to gambling, porno or profanity.

Hint on site assessment:
I wouldn't look at anything less than $xxx range. The custom engine and design is already worth $xxx. Each site will get it's own custom design. It's DIFFERENT from the ordinary Article directory. I've highlighted some hints in bold in the above feature list that's going to bring in the dough for you. In 6 months time, if you do it right, each of these sites can be worth $x,xxx EASILY. Don't take my word for it...talk to someone who knows how to monetize the site.

A huge chunk of the work has been done. Here's what's left for the buyer to do:
1) Promote those sites (it helps if the buyer is good at promoting the sites)
2) Monetize in 3-6 mths (or longer)

Those sites will not be sold before the domains are developed.
But if the moderators feel that I've violated the post in anyway, I'd be willing to cooperate. Still feel inadequate though because I WILL NOT sell those sites until they are fully developed! (i.e. with back-end installed and custom design, etc)

That will happen 2 weeks from now.

I've just received notification that the datacenter is having some problems with their DNS servers. So if you experience flaky loading of the sites, be patient and try again later.

I'll re-post the status once they corrected the problem.

Notification:
This announcement affects customerst that are on server srv1.jump-server.net (65.98.99.34). As you may have noticed, the server has been flaky for most of today (Sunday, March 26, 2006). The datacenter has been assisting us in diagnosing this problem. To that end, they have taken down the server to run diagnostic tests. We will notify you with another announcement as soon as the server is up and responsive. We will further provide information about remedies taken against this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience during this time.

The sites are up as per normal.
