Premium Automotive Sites - $30,000+ Year Revenues

Considering selling our small network of automotive sites. Since 2001 sites have averaged over $30,000 yearly profits plus a total of $40,000+ in Adsense earnings from 2004 till today.

1) importmodifications.com - This site is easily capable of over $100,000 year. Has over 4,000 registered members although not all are paying members. Sells monthly membership and also cds. Good Adsense Revenues

2) esuperchargers.com - Currently parked, used to sell ebook, has consistently made $14,000+ year

3) eturbocharger.com - Currently parked, previously sold ebook, great revenues.

4) horsepowermods.com - Currently parked, earning good revenues on Adsense

5) lambolook.com - Currently parked, earning up to $20 day with Adsense

All domains total roughly $500-$1500 revenues a month on Google Adsense. Revenues fluctuate, currently on pace for about $950+ this month.

Importmodiifications currently has about 10 car model sections finished and roughly 2000 pages so far. Can eventually have a specific section for every popular car model that is often modified.

Can provide detailed revenue stats for serious buyers.

Why are they parked if they "used" to make good money.

Domains "still" make great money. The parked domains are making just as much as they had when they were hosted on their own servers selling ebooks but they now get much higher click through rates and much less wasted traffic.

As for importmodifications it has never been parked and is growing rapidly each year. Im not motivated to sell any of these domains Im just putting the offer out to see if there is any interest. Importmodifications alone will top $100K in profits after advertising expenses.

You know generally I have no business in comments, but why is it that every post you make about sale has a lot of conflicting information. $30k average per year plus $40k on adsense. Furthermore, you claim it averages $500-$1500 on adsense per month.

What are the correct numbers? You keep on using "upto $x a day or month" then you claim "average".

I know few people who are interested in automotive sites but stats are the most important part of any deal.

You might have read me wrong above. The sites have averaged $30,000 a year in revenues for the last 4 years + . On top of that they have also generated $40,000 in total adsense revenues over this time period.

As I mentioned above detailed stats of all traffic, sales, and revenues are available I just dont want to spend hours gathering all the information unless there is a serious offer being considered.
