I am selling my gaming site pimpvalley.com. The reason for selling is money is needed for another venture. The site is developed and has steady traffic.

Marketleap shows (at the time this was written) 222 link pop.

Overture shows 34 with the term "pimpvalley", but for some reason shows 0 with extension, although my server stats show quite a few type-ins.

Time to maintain is only about 2-3 hours per week.

This is a great site. Why is the bandwidth so high though? It looks like its serving 600 to 700 MB per day. Is this correct?

The main reason for all the bandwidth usage is because the majority of the players are on the site alot, 7 days per week.

Is that after hosting costs? Also what are the hosting costs? Wait I thought the Buy it now was $1500. When did that change?

I have my own server, so hosting costs I am not sure of, but I do know that it shouldn't cost more than $20 per month for hosting.

Also, I updated the price back to what I was originally asking because I was able to get the screenshots from my web designer that shows a total profit of almost $900 for this month. So I feel that my asking price of 1 1/2 times monthly revenue and 2 times monthly revenue is fair.
