I Decided I want to sell one of my websites since im a little low on cash and need to pay some stuff off, So im going to be accepting offers untill tonight, the site is http://RateBack.com, you will recieve the domain and all the content, its an excellent website it was even built with the option to charge users for premium accounts if thats what you would like to do, it also has a banner managment sytem so you can configure any PPC programs that you might want to use, it was also built with a "watermark" option incase you want to water mark any images that the users upload. It also has a forum option with a private messenger system, IP tracking is also activated so users cannot vote more then one time per photo, most users have only been uploading one photo but there is an option to upload multiple photos, I also just put in a news engine this morning so you can post news directly from the admin panel with no problem.
