Ratings/reviews/maps mashup review808.com - multiple domain usage

Looking to either sell or license a fully developed Ruby on Rails application for user-based location ratings/reviews mashed up with Google Maps. It's one application that you can use for multiple domains or aliases. It's flexible - you can use it for any rating/review purpose and works for any address in the United States.

I am currently using the app for 15 review sites that are listed at http://review808.com

What is the purpose of the site: Users register and rate/review different locations, such as restaurants, doctors, beaches, stores, etc. The locations show up on a Google Maps plugin on the site.

In addition to what you see at the front-end there is also a web-based admin back-end for maintenance of users and locations.

Application is setup with Google Apps for user activation.

Wanted to add some things:

+ There is a CSS override feature in the back end so you can create different color themed sites > like I did with den1m.com

+ There is a CMS feature in the back end so you can create pages, such as: http://think808.com/pages/terms-of-service

+ Alias flexibility: You can use this app for either multiple domains (like I'm doing) or for just one site, for for a site with subdomains....the choice is yours.

I am the mind behind the app and then I hired a coder to create it for me. Yes, the mapping can be changed to anywhere in USA. If you check the site www.mainland808.com you can see that.
