With work advertising the topsite to other webmasters the visitors will go up, I run a few other emulation websites which make around the $50 mark per DAY (www.buttonbash.com)

No, the website isn't illegal, it's a topsite... it doesnt have any downloads, etc. My other website www.buttonbash.com is much more popular than this topsite and has also received no legal problems.
