I am selling a number of our small sites because I don't have time for them since I am focusing on our larger projects. These sites could all generate more revenue if they got any attention whatsoever. Since my first site sold in about an hour here, I'm listing one of our other smaller sites, RemoteControlRC.com, next.

I don't know why Google hasn't ranked the site -- our sites usually do very well with Google. Perhaps it is too soon -- not sure.

This site has never been indexed by Google. All of the revenue and traffic has come from places besides Google, and there has been no change (other than somewhat for the better). I recommend if you want it only for Google, then you pass. However, it's a nice little site with consistent revenue that can easily grow.

We did a linking campaign last month which has led to quite a few links (Yahoo says 507 and MSN says 36). The effects of these links probably won't show up in terms of SE rankings for another couple of months though.

This site has a good URL, 50+ pages of original content, is well optimized for the search engines, and requires no work.

Revenue can easily be increased -- for example, we don't even sell any remote control cars, planes, or other rc products on the site! (We did just add three site-wide Amazon links at the bottom of each page of the site so you could see how easy it would be.) You could quickly add affiliate links, Amazon links, and sell advertising to increase revenue. I just don't have the time.

- exclusive rights to all content on the site

The site has been banned by google. Happens for a lot of reasons. Can you post a link to some stats ?

I don't know how you can possibly know this, and I don't believe it's true. I just looked at the referrer logs, and Google sent us a small amount of traffic. I can't imagine that would happen if the site were banned.

There are lots of reasons that a site can not be indexed for 4 months.

There is nothing we did with this site that we haven't done for many of our PR6 and PR5 sites. Nonetheless, I did say that I recommend if you want this site only for Google, then you should pass. However, it's a nice little site with consistent revenue that can easily grow.
