RomPlanet.net - registered at namecheap.com, expires 07/31/2006. Site has been up for close to 3 months. I had google adsense banners on the page and made $89.21 since September 19 2005 (screenshot can be provided to those who are interested). I do expect the traffic to drop a little due to me removing the commercial roms and replacing them with public domain ones. The site was hosted at GoDaddy until yesterday, so don't have any traffic stats besides http://extremetracking.com/open;unique?login=romplane . Since most traffic is coming from link exchanges and voting sites, I can guarantee you will recieve that much traffic everyday.
RomPlanet.net's google pagerank is 5. Please PM me questions or offers over $250. Payment via paypal.
I would like to sell this site asap because I am in need of money, but if I don't recieve an offer I like, I don't have to sell the site.
please send me your adsense stats and show as many months as possible.
i am interested.
Are you going to replace all the roms with pub domain rom?
I'll bid $250
All roms have been public domain before I posted this site for sale.
http://www.romplanet.net/roms/index.php - Those are the roms and all of them are public domain. I paid someone to make that script for me, all you need to do is upload the files to a the roms directory and they appear on that page automatically. When you click on a file link, a popup will open and instead that popup is the download link to the file.
i bid $255
Haven't recieved any offers higher then $255 - If I don't get a higher offer within the next 24 hours, I will be keeping the site.

This site is legal, so why wouldn't it be legal to have adsense on the site?
Thanks for your offer eCommando, if nobody offers anything higher within 24 hours from this post, I will sell the site to you for that price.
BIN: $500.
Well,i guess my question is,other than the 1 or so roms you have, the rest are links to other rom sites.Thats all im asking. Are you updating the site?where do you get legal roms to post?Is the site legal?im sure, but roms and emulators are not really legal, since you are posting games and the such so people can get without buying. Also,Iso's of games may be legal, but does adsense see it that way?the reason i want to know,is i owned a nzb site,as well as a rom site, and google said no way.thats all.If you have a place to get such rom, please provide me with where, and ill bidOriginally Posted by alegend
There are around 80 public domain roms available to download on RomPlanet.net and they are legal. They are public domain, where could you buy these type of files?Originally Posted by jeffro231
Is this site Hosting the files on itself or it is just a link pages? Have you contacted google adsens about this site whether its legal to put ads on it?
If it is totally legal, i would bid on $350
I haven't contacted adsense about this site, the site is legal, so why would there be problems? The site hosts public domain roms (file sizes are very small), if you don't know what they are please don't bid, do some research on these files first.
The site will be sold to the person who offers the most by 7PM (EST).
Sorry eCommando, cool1g offered $400, site has been sold!
I thought i was the highest bidder at that time? $350?
