Rules for this subforum - please read!

This subforum (Developed Websites for sale) is for whole package sales ONLY. This must include a domain and a fully developed website (pages, programming, database dump if needed etc.). This is not for turnkeys, scripts, domains, etc individually. If you have a script or turnkey you'd like to sell, please post it here: http://www.dnforum.com/f409/

1. Put the domain name in the title! The domain name of the domain or website listed for sale must be included in the thread title. In the case of multiple domains it is required that at least one domain be included in the thread title. Threads may be closed if there's no domain in the title, however, you would be allowed to repost the thread on a subsequent day if this happens to your thread. Moderators may fix the thread title for you at their discretion if you are a new member or if it's a first offense, etc.

2. Blatant and deliberate attempts to bump your thread to the top of the list with comments like (but not limited to) "bump", "up", "still available", etc. will result in the thread either being closed or deleted without notice! You may be warned at first, but repeated offenses may be treated differently.

3. Accurate stats! Please ensure that your sales listing is not vague with regards to traffic, search engine rankings, or revenue. If you choose to declare this information then ensure that it is accurate and to the point.

4. Reference to Overture scores must state if the score is either WITH the domain extension (dnforum.com) or WITHOUT the extension (dnforum).

5. Only one thread creation per 24 hours! You may post more than one website for sale, but please post just one thread combining all the websites for sale, per day.

6. Complete your sales! If a member posts "sold" or PM's that he will buy the website, please attempt to complete the sale in a timely manner. This goes for both parties, please make yourself available to complete the sale as soon as possible.

8. Please review all the forums before choosing one to post your thread, pick the most appropriate forum. This is the "Developed Websites for Sale" subforum. Here you may post your website that's for sale, you may post a fixed price or you may ask for offers. If you can narrow the price range you're looking for, that helps prospective buyers know where you stand and what the website is worth to you, today. ($xx means less than $100, $xxx means less than $1000, $x,xxx means less than $10,000, etc.) Posting a range desired is usually beneficial in helping a sale occur, although there are exceptions... If your sale is for just a domain name and not a developed website, please post your sales thread in the other forums where the domain names are being sold. Please describe what is included in the sale, the content licensing issues, the rights to whats included, if the new owner will need a license for any scripts you're running on the website, if Hosting is included, if you will help owner transfer and install the website to his webhost if needed, etc. The more descriptive you can be, the smoother your sale will go.
