Hi Guys,

is with deep sorrow that I'm selling my favourite site. This site has been
online or over 6 months and it has been developed with great success. The
site is also featured at the script's developed site as well.

I'm selling because I no longer have time for it and have family to take care
of. The script only is worth $75 (I got it for $100). This sale comes with the
Hosting catalog script, a banner rotator script (worth $50) and 2 domain
names. The site has several paying advertisers as you can see so in a good
month you can get over $100 or so (not to mention contracts over 2 months,
etc).

Traffic is steady now with around 400 uniques a month (there was a month
with over 2000 uniques but that was the month where I spent the more
money on it). Traffic comes from other website, links, forums, and adsense
sometimes.

PRICE: No BIN at the mooment, I'm looking for SERIOUS OFFERS ONLY. Please
don't contact me for bids below $300. I'm looking for at least $450 - $500
MINIMUM.

tpoic title says great revenue. So what is the revenue and how much did you spent on advertising?

About advertising... are you asking for a total? Not over $20 a month.

Depends on the month, but always over $40/mo in revenue by webhosts paying for advertising.
