Selling Computer Blog/Modded Computer Site - PR - Age - All Custom
I need to sell mypcmod.com
The site is a place where users can post there custom made computers with pictures and specs for other people to rate and comment on. The site has been up for 5+ years. It gets 60-120 uniques a day. Has sold some text links on TLA and makes 18-40$ a month on adsense. Site is all custom php code and has an admin area to manage users/posts. Includes domain, files, and originals to artwork. Need to sell to pay some bills. Asking 800. No lowballs I'll use a credit card first
