http://paid-online-surveys.biz/ - this site uses the amember script with the affiliate program. it currently is getting a little traffic from primarily free "coupon" ppc traffic (meaning, I'm using a free $250 coupon from looksmart.com to drive some traffic plus a little yahoo ppc).

there are currently 150+ members - 6 are paid. you can set the pricing to anything you like. you can leave the site where it is for a short period of time but it would be best to have some cpanel Hosting available for an easy move to your own hosting.
