Hello,

I'm selling the SFEMS general web directory. The site is a 5 character .com domain with a PR1, an attractive design, plenty of traffic and some revenue. It currently has 223 indexed pages in Google and an Alexa ranking of 63644.

The directory is powered by PHP Link Directory version 3.4.0 and the licence will be transferred to the succesful bidder. This licence allows you lifetime updates.

The directory contains over 2,100 approved links over 701 categories. Any pending links will be cleared prior to transfer.

Unique Visitor Stats:
April (created 17 April) 915
May 4,111
To 9th June 1,260

Typically the directory is receiving on average over 160 new submissions per day. I have received $29.97 through the sale of featured links since 17 April 2009.

This is a good site with some huge potential if someone has some time to invest in it. I am starting to be involved in some offline projects and I don't have the time anymore.

I'm open to offers.
