    I have been in contact with the top 2-3 bidders, and they seem very into it. I don't think I will have any problems, unless of course some fly-by-night, person comes in and swoops at the end.

    That kind of stuff should lead to a prosecution. Maybe if I am lucky, it will go over $15k. At that level, you need to have a valid credit card just to place a bid, making it a little easier on the seller.
