It's one of the nicest pet sites on the web and offers many great features including custom tutorials, theme, and graphics.
The site comes with a phpphotopost licence and a full VBulletin licence. Both are over a year old and would have to be renewed.
The site has a PR of 4 and with a little TLC it could be a very popular site.
I have desided to let it go for a BIN of $900
The site has no income but I will give the buyer a 6 month baner spot on a PR7 site as well as a banner spot on one of my other sites with over 50,000 unique a month.
