I have a well established travel website at,

Based on # of visitors X Adwords X CPC gives a figure of around $3000, but I am not looking that far anyway!

and I get 300 unique visitors a month, but the fact is that all of these visitors are highly targeted. While I know that this site is well worth, I also understand that it would be difficult for me to market to a travel agent in UK who can make the most use of this established traffic.

i have not monetized it, thats why selling it low. Even if this doesn't sell, I would NOT put adsense or anything, I would just use a lead capture script popping at the start and at the end for max lead capture, since each targeted lead in travel industry is worth a lot.

When you have like 10 fresh leads ready with the site for sale, its always a great pitch.

I would also think that you can sell some banner space, additionally, but its all upto you.

yeah, i bought it from DP for $190 odd (including transfer fee), built more links, thus making it rank a lot better than it was and saw some steady traffic, being on page number 1 in all major SEs.

The only reason I decided to sell is is coz Joomla isnt my thing and got no time to learn it and such. Just changing the title from "Kefalonia Travel Guide" to "Travel Kefalonia | Travel Guide to Kefalonia" will boost the rankings for sure and anyone knowledgeable about SEO would know it, but I cannot waste time to find the title tags in Joomla. This will at least 1.5x the traffic if not double it or more.

I am selling it for $250 just to get it off my rack, and if that bid isnt hit, I would huh, might well try to learn Joomla, change the title and do some more SEO before resell.

Someone asked for Google Analytics data. I'm very sorry, i don't have google analytics or anything installed, its just a bare bones site, you can surely do some tweaking, hold onto it and sell for better dollars, and as you can see, this site isn't really prepared for sale, but thats the reason for the lower price. Have some offers here and there, so I am on a firm BIN,

I wont go lower even if this doesnt sell, but with the offers I seem to get, I can sense a sale at this discounted BIN.

Note: Type-in "travel kefalonia" into Google and see it ranks among top 5 with the title, "Kefalonia Travel Guide", and if you have any experience with SEO, you know that tweaking the title, that is, having the name start with "Travel Kefalonia" since we want it ranked for that keyword, will obviously help, plus a little bit of bookmarking would be cool too.

Anyway, I wont sell lower than the dicounted BIN price.
