I just got the site listed at the all-important (for PR) Yahoo Directory. Paid $300 for it. And I just sent out this press release yesterday, which cost me $120 at PRWEB.com:

If you are new to domains and looking to buy, sell and learn about domains then you have come to the right place. DNForum is the largest domain name community on the internet and continues to grow every day. There are over 105,000 domainers on DNForum doing everything from buying domains, selling domains, learning about domains and discussing domains. Take a minute and Register.
Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I have a newly developed custom site called TravelVoyeur.com. I spent a good deal of money on the custom design. It's a great idea, with a fantastic domain name, that's easy to run, and has incredible potential.
Why am I selling it if I just got it going? I just realized I don't have the time to do this, even though it's just a half hour or an hour a day to pick an article, write it up and post it. Too many other things are intruding in my life.
As the site is pretty much brand new, there is no traffic to speak of. There is a little, but I'm using some of my other domains to send it traffic. But I have no doubt that this site can really take off.
It is built with Expression Engine from pmachine, a very powerful, easy to use CMS that would allow you to easily add a gallery, a forum, a wiki and more to it for no extra cost. The template was designed by a professional EE designer and I we have built in the facility to add all the necessary SEO data with each blog post. Very SEO friendly.
The site is hosted at pmachinehosting.com and has the better part of a year already paid for. I'd just transfer the account to the buyer.
The domain TravelVoyeur.com is a fantastic name in it's own right and before the site was up, after owning the name for just a couple weeks, I was already offered a thousand for just the name. Both words are hot keywords.
Video is hot now. Voyeuristic video is hotter. Voyeuristic travel video is just plain cool. A little marketing would get this site linked all over the place.
I'll look at any offer over $5,000 for this incredible opportunity. My loss, your gain.
I won't go lower as I'm just going to give it to my son to build up if I don't sell it.
So, for $5,000 you get a top notch domain name, in a top notch market segment, a brilliant and unique idea of mine (if I say so myself), about $1500 of design work, a apprx $200 Expression Engine license, nearly a year of Hosting....and it's all ready to go right now.

LOL! I'm on page of one Google for the search "Voyeur". And I'm still too new to have a PR rank yet!
Traffic is really spiking this week. One day had 500 uniques.
The name is no longer for sale at the price mentioned above. I'll look at higher prices though.
I forgot to mention this before, it's been a PR5 site now for a few weeks!
Slobizman, can you please PM the latest stats and what BIN you are after pls
thanks![]()
Interesting...if you key "voyeur" in Google, my site comes up as the first entry on page three now! I forget what the number is, but voyeur is always in the Top 500 searches in the list I get from Wordtracker.com. That's incredible, consider it's not an adult site. I get tons of traffic from searches for voyeur.
BTW, if anyone is interested in the site, I've received four inquiries in the last two days.
TravelVoyeur.com is now in escrow. Huge potential for this buyer. Congrats!
