The website
Upload2.com is a recently developed free file Hosting website with a fully functional administration panel for website management. Users have the ability to upload images, zip files and swf files. Each one being stored in a different way on the server. For example, when you upload a .swf file you are presented with a link that you can give to people that displays the .swf file embedded within an upload2.com braded page with upload2.com banners. Users also have ability to create online image galleries with no registration, in a matter of minutes.
I had originally planned to keep this website for the long-haul however I have another project that is doing well but needs a bit of extra funding to really take off, thus I have decided to sell this website.
Because the website has only recently been developed the traffic and revenue is minimal, this however isn’t a selling point.
The domain
I acquired this domain a while ago and instantly fell in love with it. It is perfect for a website of this type of website and is very brandable.
A while ago I put this domain up for sale undeveloped. I got offers of over $700 for this domain which I turned down. The domain is undoubtedly a gem and this website has the potential to become one of the leading file hosting website on the internet.
The admin panel
The admin panel has some really nice features. A lot of ajax has been used to make everything as easy as possible. Below are a few screen shots that I have taken of it in action.

You have the ability to browse all of the websites images via the admin panel. After selecting the year, the month then the day you are presented with a page of thumbnails. It is possible to delete an image or a file simply by clicking on it, then clicking “delete” on the menu that appears. The file is then instantly deleted and all the thumbnails are shifted up to fill the space left by the deleted thumbnail with no page refresh.
If anyone is generally interested in the website I would be happy to provide them with a temp login so they can have a good look around the admin panel.
The extras
The website comes with a free copy of bannermanage that has been seamlessly implemented into the websites design so people can effortlessly buy direct advertisements on the website without you lifting a finger. – You can read more about bannermanage here
The site has already been accepted into fastclick so the possibility of future revenue with this website is massive.
The “watch us grow” box on the homepage obviously isn’t updated in real time. The counter starts on the number of hosted files on the server then just counts up in seconds. This can be edited from the admin panel however.

I am in no rush to sell this website so I will not be accepting anything less than I think this website is worth.
