Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!Alright, here's a site, www.uploadfree.net, which I can't control due to the way its exploded. I've had to move hosts simply because it gets too much traffic. Unfortunately, I am very tied up at this moment to handle such a website. The site needs attention IMMEDIATELY, if someone wants to make use of this potential! Please read on...
The site started exploding, through word-of-mouth probably, at the end of June. Originally, it was an open-to-all, no-registrations-required, completely free upload site with a generous upload limit. But soon, I had to cut down on the options, limited file extensions, size limit, disabled hotlinking etc to preserve bandwidth. Since that didn't work, I was forced to put up registrations. In the matter of a couple of days, the site had 56 registered users. Unfortunately this is when I realized and was told that this site is not suited and had outgrown on that shared Hosting account. I've put the site, www.uploadfree.net temporarily online somewhere else so that you can see what we are looking at here. Uploads are disabled, and I haven't transferred all 450MB (pruned regularly) worth of previous uploads. So, effectively the site is temporarily disabled, which is why I would like a quick sale! All the uploads are on the old server, and can be transferred any time.
The site is about 4 months old, with a custom logo and design, and has a catchy domain, which is PR3. I feel the smooth and easy design might have been a unique feature which sets this site apart from many other image hosts. If you have got about 2GB free space, about 300GB bandwidth per month to spare, this site can be extremely successful. The website runs Google AdSense, but unfortunately I haven't channeled it, so I do not know how much it is earning. There's also Advertisingz.com ad I had put up for trial purposes, but its earned only $0.68. I was also planning to upgrade to PHP Image Host, which can lead to great results with premium subscriptions.
Unfortunately, I can't find the latest stats, as the domain doesn't exist in the hosting control panel. I managed to find an old screenshot of the stats, from Jun 13 to Jun 27th. Here: http://www.uploadfree.net/UFsale-jul2005.JPG. Observe the difference between the total and the last 7 days (in brackets) to understand how to site is growing. The traffic was far more for July.
I am just looking for someone capable to take over this site as soon as possible. I'm setting a low BIN of $800; A quick sale is necessary for the buyer! I cannot guarantee anything if this sale stalls for a while. Please leave your offers/questions/doubts here or PM me. I'll be a bit busy over the day, but will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
EDIT: Starting bid: $200, and I'll be forced to sell it to the highest bidder. Sale closes within 48 hours. Please leave your offers fast, as leaving the site disabled for a couple of days could have consequences.

Thanks for the bid. I have a $250 bid from WHT as well. Would you like to bid higher?

Thanks, you've got the highest bid now.
UPDATE: Highest bid is $350 from WHT. I am contemplating keeping the site and redirecting traffic instead to one of my other sites. At 25,000 impressions a day, it might be worth more that way...
UPDATE: I've now received a $550 bid from SPF.

I'm sorry for this, but I've had a complete U-turn, and have decided to keep the site. The reason is that I am re-directing the MASSIVE traffic to my other site. That way, the site's due to make better revenue than the offers here, plus no bandwidth/connection worries to serve the images. (I don't know why I didn't think of this before!)
I sincerely apologize for the change of mind, but I didn't get a BIN offer. I might still consider selling it for a BIN offer, though.
