It's one of those ready made casino's but I modified it a bit... So I would say yes, a template, but not an exact copy..... I bought it mainly because I saw value in the name and backlinks without even a site, but seller was probably assuming I would likely promote as sub affiliate....

No - they are giving first year free, but I suggest taking the site and domain for what it's worth and remaking the site into something else....
