Requirements:
1.) Very high traffic website.
2.) should have a over 1000+ existing members.
3.) Dating / social networking, Tech Forum, portal, informational sites, Webmaster sites.
4.) Application should be scalable and Bug free.
5.) Preferbly runs on Linux (PHP / MySql)
