    website-builder.com PR6 page rank distress sale

    Hello,

    I`m looking to sell one of my websites www.website-builder.com

    I bought the domain a couple of years ago at buydomains.com for $2800

    and I have spent around $15,000 on the development and seo.

    This site holds a page rank 6 and many inner pr5's.

    I`m looking to sell it immediately at $10,000, I am pricing this to sell soon because I need payment for an apartment, in which i`m around $30K short.

    If you have any questions, please let me know, the transaction will be through escrow.com and shall be a secure transaction, buyer pays 1% escrow fee.

    There is no monthly sales or profit for the site, i have neglected the site ever since, due to over load of work.

    The domain alone is worth the price of $10,000 not to forget the pagerank it has.

    Ranks in top ten for keyword "website builder" on yahoo.

    any traffics , rev? I don't think domain worth that much..$10k, you could get LL.com or LN.com at least. Anyway, it is nice site.

    Can I have traffic details? How hard to add new templates? all contents are legal correct?
