I am selling a well known website, which earns from $2k - $2.5k per month, from software/script sales.

All scripts are owned and developed by my company.

Looking for at least 3 years revenue.

No offense, just trying to help you out... but isn't three years revenue a little high? most go for 10-12 months...

if you were going to sell it for that much, i sure would want proof that it has been making that much for three years.

I can prove that it has been making $2-$2.5k/month on average over the past 12 months. Some weeks the site can pull in $1,500. I would not be willing to sell it for less than 3 years revenue (above $75k).

I highly doubt you would get anything close to $75K. I think you should be looking for $12k-$20K for the site, based off of last 6-10 months revenue. IF the site has been making $2k+ per month for the past 6+ years, then sure it is worth 3 years revenue, but if the site has only been generating "up to" $2.5K per month, then it's going to be allot harder to sell.

Yeap, you definately posted in the wrong forum. You must fully disclose the sites URL in your first post and in the title or the thread gets locked. Sorry but I'm not sure about another forum.
