Other Details:
The site was continuing to grow smooth, but I was sick for a while and then vacation came around so little by little I continued to grow away from this project. I have very little time to manage it and continue to develop it. I am hoping to sell to someone that will plan to continue developing it so that I can see it continue to grow.
