Adsense stats:
The site has received 167 hits in August so far, with 6 clicks and $2.01 revenue.
July 2008 stats were 201 hits and 7 clicks with $3.69 revenue.

11-month adsense stats: 2160 hits, 70 clicks, $16.95 revenue

Asking price $250
I may also sell the domain name by itself for a lower price.

I;m really not big on the .biz domains but I'll through out a $50.00 offer. I guess that's about 25 times it's August monthly revenue.
