Hi All,
I am selling my warez forum which is an active forum with an arcade.

Daily stats are live: PM for Details.

The site is not being monetized properly so this site is being sold without revenue.

License: IPB License included in sale and is valid for another 5 months.

Reason for selling: I simply do not have the time to work on it i have many other websites that i need to dedicate my time too.

Alexa - Current rank: 107,369 - 1 Week Average: 97,796.

As the description states there are on average 2,000 daily visitors with 7000+ members registered. The forum has 30,000+ posts and a built in arcade system with 1,200 games.

Domain: Registered with DotRegister free push. Domain expires 27-APR-09 and originally registered 27-APR-07.

Payment: Payment by Paypal to known traders with high iTrader new buyers payment by escrow/wire transfer.

Setup: I will provide a database dump in SQL format and FTP access to download all the files. I will not set the site up on the new buyers server.

Revenue: As stated, minimal. Therefore selling the site without revenue (this is becuase the revenue side has not been setup correctly on this site - i just dont have the time).

Hosting: I will provide free hosting for the buyer for 3 months, however, there is no cpanel access. FTP/SSH only.
