Is the design unique? Did you design it 100% yourself, or did you use a template? Who wrote the content? Do you have permission to use the images? I see you used mambo which is free. I don't remember, but are we allowed to remove the mambo powered by line in the footer?

What is the "wrapper," and why does it wrap another site in a frame? Who's site is that in the frame? I see there are no google adssense ads. Has this site or any site you own ever been banned by google?

Here are the answers to your questions:

1. mambo script is free, you can remove the footer.
Some open scripts allow people to remove footer if they pay
some fee, I don't know if mambo does that

2. Content comes from Goarticles.com - credit is goven to the authors

Mambo comes with few templates, which are actually not templates
but color schemes. One of the scheme is red/orange color, this is the
one that I am using for the site. All imagees were made on the photoshop.

4. Any site can appear in wrapper. It shows one of my sites right now.
You will be bale to change it anyway you want. If the site will be purchased
for original BIN I will spent 2 hours for the new owner tweaking the site ,
and configuring options the way he wants.

5. My sites were never banned from google.

6. Google adsense can be added

Thanks for the info. The content is written by goarticle contributors, but the submissions indicate they were "Written by: Administrator." Is there a way you could fix that, because it's somewhat misleading. I know it was not intentional; just pointing it out. And, yes, I am still interested. I need to do some dilligence on the site though.

Yes it can be fixed. I think the best way to fix it is create a user in the system,
name him freelance writer, and add every single article from this account. I know
that it shows that it is submitted by Administrator, but it is only submission, as you
understand I don't claim nowhere that they are mine.

You should also be able to modify the Mambo template to simply remove the "Written by" part. This way your acknoledgement of the original author will be the only one there.
