I am looking to start a brand new project and I require funds for it and thus would like to sell one of the websites I own .

It currently pulls in more thank 20k unique visiotrs a month . This does not reflect our actual viewership, something I will explain through email , pM or IM .
I began advertising on it this month and have already pulled in 25 USD through direct advertising and 10 + USD through google + targetfirst .
It has a unique design designed by a professional designer which is extremely attractive. in with unique colors .
It has a great domain name which I will also be selling with the website .
Maintainence is just about answering to 2-3 customer support emails a week.
It has 495 Registered users
I have already bought 100k page views of advertising over at mambohut.com
