The layout has been custom designed. It cost $250. The domain is also an excellent proxy name and very memorable.
There is also a full contact script and rules and FAQ page.
There is no revenue to note yet. The traffic is also very minimal. It should be in a few directories within the next few weeeks. It won't take much effort to get it going, I've done a lot of the hard work already in submitting to directories and search engines.
You're basically getting a fantastic starting point for develpoing a proxy site.
