i am selling an established multi forums with PR3-PR7 ... price negotiable but i am looking for something around 2K.

Bandwidth Requirement: around 100 - 150Gb monthly
Maintenance & Support: around 15 minutes daily to answer queries from members
Script used: seb flipper professional
Income: mixture of azoogleads CPA advertisement (cursor, smilies, debt, education, dating, ebay) generating around $10-15 daily
What can I do with the site: you can do many more things ... imagine with the number of visitors and page views ... eg. you can advertise your own webhosting company, ask members to upgrade into paid services, banners, text link, etc

Reason for sale: my new apartment would be ready within 2-3 weeks time, i need some more cash to purchase furniture, etc. basically i am trying to sell all sites that i have before my furnitures are coming

Hardware: server transfer is not included as my existing server is used for other purposes. i believe P4 with 1Gb RAM should be alright. it is even better if you can get SCSI or 2Gb RAM.
How to Transfer: as soon as payment is received, i would do pkgacct using cpanel and transfer everything to you ... the domain name would also be transfered to your name (you must have namecheap account, it's free registration) after the money is cleared
