Several months ago TechCrunch announced that ZingFu had been acquired. We want to clarify for all of the PMs, that deal did not go through.

ZingFu.com (ZingFu Enterprises, LLC) provides unique, humor-themed widgets which can easily be posted to social networks and blogs. ZingFu was one of the pioneers in widget-based content. We’re also one of the largest MySpace, Bebo and social networking resource sites on the internet.
ZingFu existed for the first year solely as a photo-manipulation website. Our killer app was the "Zing". We have added two new widgets in the past year that are also showing excellent growth; "ZingFu Petz" – a tamagotchi-style profile widget, and "ZingFu Cardz" – a greeting card widget for emails and comments.
- Website is profitable. Site is fully optimized with total cost for Hosting less than $1k.
- 700,000 registered members (registration not required to create content)
- 150-200k unique visitors per month (high month was 700k in Feb 2007)
- Over the history of ZingFu (3/1/2006 through 1/12/08 from Google Analytics), we’ve served 106MM total visits and 88MM pageviews. This traffic was comprised of 6.5MM absolute unique visitors.
- Almost 6MM Zings created.
- ZingFu runs on two dedicated servers and all content is stored on Amazon S3.
We are looking to sell the popular ZingFu.com domain and all properties outright. This is an excellent opportunity for the right buyer.
All PMs answered.
Thank you.

With the current set up, membership count and number of hits - what is the monthly revenue via AdSense? What is the total revenue?
700k visitors last february, and 150k now? What happened?
"Website is profitable" How profitable?

LOOK DEEPLY
The team that conceptualized and created ZingFu.com has moved on to another project. The website is essentially on cruise control now, and has been for many months.
This is a great opportunity for the right buyer to turn it around.
We've received a couple of preliminary offers. All are welcome.

Sorry for the delay Leo1977. PM has been sent.
I'm interested in your current earnings and the price.
From what I understand the site hardly makes money to cover expenses.

Make your price public like you did your failed acquisition. Boost some confidence!
The management and development team that created ZingFu is now working on a new business/website. ZingFu.com is set up with Adsense (and ValueClick) to make enough money to cover our Hosting costs. This has been the situation for many months.
For potential buyers, there is a great deal of value in our domain name, brand, technology, and registered userbase.

Cheers
My Signature Could Beat Up Your Signature Any Day...
We've received a good amount of interest in the website, but we haven't agreed to a sale yet.
If anybody has any further questions, please PM me. Thank you.

We're all caught up with PMs. If we missed anybody or anybody has any further questions please send them along.
We're looking to make a decision in the next few weeks and it looks like the final bid will be less than $30k.
Thank you.
