I am selling ZooR.Net http://www.zoor.net

Its a file uploading website which is pretty busy, it gets between 2,500 = 4,000 UNIQUE HITS per day, about 25,000 - 45,000 page views per day.

uses about 100 - 150 gb bandwidth per day.

Current earning is $10 - $14 per day via google adsense.

I don't have a bin in mind, please make serious OFFERS please.

the site's traffic is only EVER growing! i currently use a 2.4 ghz amd server, though i am moving it to a AMD Dual Opteron 242 server with 3,000 GB bandwidth, it may possibly be worthwhile getting unlimited bandwidth server!

as the traffic grows so does the income, there are other ways of earning income (popups, loudcash etc.) i havn't had time to try, too busy doing paint work on the internet cafe ^^

I am also willing to offer about 1 month free Hosting to the buyer , and help with the transfer and maybe with the site's future if the buyer so wishes!

just a quick question...if it makes an average of $12 per day at Adsense, thats $360 per month

I would think a server to handle that much bandwidth must cost about that per month...so how much actual profit are you making?

it is slightly at peak times over loaded, thats why i moved it to a more powerful server, the new server costs $229 per month, and as i said, IF you get an unlim bw server you will be sure the traffic WILL grow and give you more money... that is if you chose to!

if your getting an error it could be because i initiated the transfer to a complete new server.

site works for me, except for the 'private upload' section - what's that supposed to do when it's functional?

give it upto 12 hours ^^ and it should all work right now its all being moved to the new server so clearly some functions wont work bfore the full upload is taken place. (there is about 15 GB of files to move!)

most files uploaded are movies and there are barely any copyrighted files, so i am not sure what your really on about! Every single upload site gets some people uploading copy righted files though rare... any reported are instantly removed!
