The guy he was trying to help? The guy he spammed, and insulted, and threatened, you mean.

I would have replied to CustomerSupport the same way. Who the heck is asking them for help? Mind your own business and keep your comments about my site for yourself. Who the heck do they think they are?

Perhaps you should read the first post again. In the initial spam email he makes statements that in themselves are insults, and shows ignorance.

The first post is a sequence of emails back and forth, not one email. This was the first email:

“great” parking page - BANNED: Abuse

Does it make any money?

Perhaps we have a solution….

Thank you

A hand generated single email with unique content is not spam. IMO JuniperPark overreacted and made a mountain out of a molehill. Followed by testosterone induced escalation.

That's the email I meant. Is the email really hand generated with unique content? Obviously the sender of the emal makes general statements and haven't looked at the domain, since it's apparently neither parked or banned, as they claim.

The second email (post #3) is just as bad. (If I'm not mistaken that's separate from the first, regarding a second domain.)

Even if hand generated and technically not spam, it's unsolicited and rude.

What's the name? We don't know whether it's banned or what's on the page. It's not obvious he didn't look at the site.

You guys are right... time to CLEAR the clouds!

The domain is << Domain Removed >> registered by << No Personal Info >>

Came accross by chance just trying something and decided to do a FAVOR and let the fellow domainer know that the domain is NOT MAKING MONEY - see email below

Subject: RE: DISCOUNTHUMMERPARTS.COM

So you are:
1) SPAMMING
2) Making false statements (the sites is nopt "banned")
3) Making unsolicited site reviews (NOBODY ASKED YOU!)
4) Showing that you are an idiot about the industry (the site is not 'parked'!)
5) Showing that you are an idiot about the advertising (the site IS making money, and 'how much' is none of your f*cking business)

You can STOP THE SPAMMING, or get reported for spam abuse to your hosting company and ISP. It's it to you.

This post is not an appology nor a solutation to anyone to do business

YOU make a call based on the info what to think

We (domainspa) never did and never will

For those who have a hard time to believe please search this forum or any other forum

Many should be glad after reading these post to figure out who they are "dealing" with...

First of all, thanks for removing the personal email addresss -- it's NOT the address (or even the name) that the domain is registered to. That's LIBEL.

Second, here's a summary review Mrs. Jello's unsolicited emails to me:

1) Igal offers to 'help make money' on this domain
2) I refuse the offer
3) Igal threatens to have me sued for 'making money' on this domain

I wonder how other domainers feel about BLACKMAIL?

Third, I've been told that MrsJello is the current owner (make)(model).com, a direct trademark of a GM car -- the very company Mrs.Jello claims to have contacts with and are 'reporting' me to, since I refuse to do business with him. That's what we call HYPOCRACY.

LIBEL, BLACKMAIL, and HYPOCRACY in just one day.
I just can't imagine why nobody wants to do business with DomainSpa.

I have to agree, The original email by DomainSpa was insulting.

With all the money Igal has, you would think he would hire somebody with customer relation skills.

Huh?? I haven't had Nigerian emailers threaten to blackmail me or sue me, so I'm not sure how that would be relevant here.

Obvious MrsJello IS an idiot, and I feel JuniperPark was well within his rights to reply the way he did.

As stated above an email containing insulting, broken english is often considered spam because most people would know better than to send that kind of email.

I for one will be avoiding DomainSpa.

Imagine if you have a problem..

That last comment, coming from someone who mass-spammed owners of LLL .coms with lowball offers sounds like an oxymoron

I've bought thousands of dollars worth of domains from Igal and never had a problem with him. I have also dealt with JuniperPark and he's a very decent guy as well. So I think, that this exchange is a result of the lack of communication between the two parties.

Good point, I spammed, that is me done. I can never have an opinion again. Silly me.

At least when I spammed I admitted it. Perhaps Igal should say sorry.

In a way, he's kind of like "Stuff" He comes off as insulting because he cant find the right words in English.
