    .ca domains - let's discuss

    Let's talk .ca domains here!

I'll start it off, what do you think the future holds for
    .ca domains?

Also, anyone notice how most of the best names
are only held by what seems like a few people?

I think the future will be great! The future is coming fast... I can see $xxx almost everydays sometimes $x xxx on drop name services such as sibername. .ca should look like .de very soon IMHO

This is a fact that the best names are often held by what seems like a few people. This is a fact also for many other TLDs (Such as .de .fr etc.) They have the money and the resources for... That's the difference between the big players and the others, in any TLDs...

Re: .ca domains - let's discuss

Where do you see the .ca drops, and prices?

I have been trying to catch some good
names in the drops through bulkdomain.ca
but haven't got one yet. Seems like a few
decent names drop once in a while.

I see you have a thread started for
    .ca sale reports, that's great.

.ca is growing more and more popular
as the domain to use to market in Canada.
You see it on tv, in magazines, newspapers
    now on a daily basis.

The problem is Canada's relatively small
population, and the limiting of .ca sales
to people or business with 'Canadian presence'.

Still, internet use is high in Canada, it's an
English market close to the US, and there are
lots of good keyword domains still available.
Though I still look for .com and other extension
availability, I have bought mostly .ca domains
this year as there are just so many good ones
    out there.
