Newyork.info
Newyork.org
Newyork.net
Newyork.us
If one of them is 100% of the value, what will be the value of other extensions? I hear drom many people that .info is much stronger for locations
than .net, what do you think?

Thanks Rob for your input, I was surprised how low .net valued by you.
Never knew that .net sucks for location names
I agree, .net doesn't go that well with location/city names as compared to .info, .net is best suited for commercial and networking related sites. Even .org doesn't match that well for a city name unless ofcourse it's for an organisation based in that particular city.

With your example newyork I would rank as follows.
newyork.us
newyork.org
newyork.info
newyork.net
First two ranked by traffic, the last two by developed value. I always rank traffic against the so called "ideal extensions" better because natural type in traffic always means success and growth with a developed product.
No question in my view that newyork.org is far and away the best.
1 .info
2 .net (quite same as .info)
I dont even want mention .org.... not worth anything....
according to the population of .net, I still give it a better rank.
