I have about 5 .ly Domains using them since long time. and i had some problems, but they works, lets say 360 days per year

But 2 month ago, i regged 2 domains for a customer of mine.
i paid both ( credit card) and the domains get registred after some hours.

BUT

Both are still inactive.

I wrote maybe 10 Emails to lydomains.com. No Answer until now.

Anyone have any idea how to get contact with those people their?
